个人简介

叶凡 ,女,副教授,硕士生导师(首批新锐研究生导师称号),必赢76net线路物理系副主任,深圳市高层次人才,南山区领航人才,深圳市科技创新委员会评审专家。 一直从事半导体材料与器件方面的研究工作,目前主要研究氧化亚铜同质结及异质结太阳能电池。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目和青年项目、深圳市科技计划项目共计5项,并作为主要成员参与863项目和省部产学研等多项科研项目。以第一作者或通讯作者在Journal of Materials Chemistry C, Applied Physics Letters, Journal of Alloys and Compounds等国际期刊发表SCI学术论文30余篇。获授权发明专利3项。
